Our Story

Pendrake Design Studio was founded in 2025. We noticed that the area of personal development was hugely dominated by men, based firmly in the male perspective (conquer and rule). To be entirely honest, it sort of gave me the ick.

In an ever changing world, with more pressures placed on women and mental health, Pendrake Design Studio decided to create something more relevant and accessible for "someone just like me".

We created a programme that isn't gender specific but it is designed to take a much less agressive stance on achievment. As well as a broarder stance when it comes to what success means for an individual.

It documents my own struggles with mental blocks and limiting beliefs that I have come up against and subsequestly conquered. My Entrepeneurial journey has lead me to seek out and help like minded individuals.

Success from my perspective dosen't have to be based off of how many zero's are in the bank account. It's about how you feel about yourself, how your little wins build your self confidence and how enriching your internal world so much with things that spark joy that you no longer look to other people for validation.

My sincerest hope is that this content gets put out there for those who really need it.

I have always been interested in people's stories and had a curiousity about how people created success.

I haven't had the cookie cutter entry into mindset developing coaching. But what I did have was a front row seat to observe and recreate the top habits of some of the top performing individuals that I have had the oppourtunities to know and to work with.


I struggled with my own limiting beliefs, lack of confidence, fear of visibility. I transformed my mindset & my life and now you can too!

The Joy Of The Journey: The beauty of our goal setting and achievement programme is that somewhere on your journey you will really start to enjoy the journey rather than just achieving the goal. Not to mention all of the new things you will learn on the way. In some instances much like business, you can only really learn by doing & that's half of the fun!

Charity & Giving Back

Pendrake Design Studio are firm belivers that charity must begin at home.

So we pledge to give a percentage of the sales from our Programme's Toolkit's and E-books to charity.

As a life long animal person and dog lover, in 2025 we pledge donations to Battersea Dog's and Cat's Home.

Pendrake Design Studio are proud to have a sustainability pledge. We decided that our programmes would limit the use of paper. So that really influenced our decision to create E-Books and online resources rather than budles of hard copy printed items.

In terms of our impact on the environment we designed our business model to do good on every level.
